Complex Shapes
Profiles with internal channels, undercuts, grooves, or interlocking features that standard shapes can't provide.
Integrated Features
Instead of adding separate clips, hinges, or mounting tabs, we can build these features directly into the extruded profile. This eliminates assembly steps and reduces your total part count.
Multi-Material Profiles
Combine rigid and flexible materials in one extrusion. For example, a hard PVC base with a soft TPE sealing edge—bonded together during manufacturing so you get both properties in a single piece.

Common Standard Shapes We Extrude:
U-Channels/C-Channels
These profiles are used for edge protection on sheet materials, framing components in displays and fixtures, sliding door tracks, and trim applications where the channel needs to grip or cover an edge. Available in various leg heights, channel widths, and wall thicknesses.
H-Channels
Commonly used in glazing systems, partition walls, display panels, and anywhere two sheets need to meet cleanly without visible fasteners. The center web spacing determines panel thickness compatibility.
Angles (L-Shapes)
L-shaped profiles provide a 90-degree corner for reinforcing edges, protecting corners from impact, supporting shelving, or finish panel edges. Used extensively in corner guards, shelf brackets, structural framing, and trim applications.
T-Sections
Used as dividers between panels, lightweight support beams, snap-fit components, or decorative trim. The top section can serve as a mounting surface while the vertical section provides spacing or structural depth. Common in retail fixtures, panel systems, and architectural millwork.
Z-Bars
Used in panel framing, weather stripping applications, joining dissimilar materials, and creating structural connections where a straight profile won't work. The offset design allows panels to overlap or nest, making Z-bars useful in siding, cladding, and modular construction.
Tubes/Pipes
Extruded tubing is available in round, square, and rectangular shapes for fluid transport, structural framing, protective sleeves, and pneumatic applications. Square and rectangular tubing provides flat mounting surfaces and greater structural rigidity than round profiles.
Flat Strips
Thin, flat pieces used as gaskets, seals, wear strips, spacers, or protective covers. Can be rigid or flexible depending on material. Often supplied with adhesive backing for quick installation.
Connectors, Corners, Clips, and Hinges
Functional parts that connect, assemble, or allow movement. Includes snap-fit clips for attaching panels, corner pieces for joining frames, living hinges for folding, and clips for wire management or displays.
Dunnage Retainers
Profiles designed to hold cargo, packaging, or products in place during shipping. Feature gripping edges or interlocking shapes that attach to containers or pallets to prevent movement in transit.
