TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer)

What is TPE?
Thermoplastic elastomers are polymer materials that combine elastic behavior with thermoplastic processability. They can be heated and shaped like traditional plastics while exhibiting rubber-like recovery once formed.
TPE materials are designed to deform under stress and return close to their original shape with minimal permanent set. They offer good resistance to abrasion, tearing, oils, and greases, and are available in a range of hardness levels from soft and flexible to semi-rigid. TPEs can be compounded and colored to meet specific performance or visual requirements and provide consistent results across production runs.
