What We Manufacture
Custom Profile Extrusion
We extrude custom plastic profiles to your specifications from simple shapes to complex geometries. Our equipment handles extrusion for applications requiring multiple materials or properties in a single profile.
Standard Stock Shapes
We extrude commonly used profiles—U-channels, angles, T-sections, tubes, and more without the need for custom tooling. Stock shapes mean faster turnaround and lower costs for standard applications like framing, edge protection, sealing, and structural support.
Material Expertise
We work with a wide range of thermoplastics and elastomers: PVC, TPE, polycarbonate, ABS, polyethylene, and specialty compounds. Need a specific material or custom color match? We'll source or formulate it.
Tooling and Development

Tubing
We manufacture extruded tubing in round, square, rectangular, and oval configurations. Available in rigid, semi-rigid, and flexible materials with controlled wall thicknesses for pressure, vacuum, or non-pressure applications.
Co-extrusions
Some applications need more than one material can deliver. Co-extrusion let us bond two or three different plastics into a single profile giving you multiple properties, colors, or functions in one extruded part.
Crosshead extrusions
Reduce handling costs with integrated value-added operations: punching, notching, cutting to length, tape application, and custom finishing—all done in-line during extrusion for efficiency and consistency.
